On August 24, 2023, Always Back Down consultant Jeff Roe gave Ron DeSantctimonious 60 days to "beat Trump."
Ron has only 35 days left to meet his deadline— and to the surprise of precisely no one, DeSanctimonious continues his tailspin into irrelevancy.
After one of his top donors, Ken Griffin publicly abandoned him yesterday, the DeSanctus campaign is careening towards bankruptcy ahead of the end-of-quarter deadline later this month. To make matters worse for Ron, Griffin is far from the only one giving up on Ron.
Earlier this month, a DeSanctus Super PAC shut down "after donors were spooked by rookie sh** mistakes."
In a desperate attempt to keep the lights on, Ron is now panhandling in Texas, according to a new report detailing Ron's move to fundraise with prominent Democrat donors who supported the sham impeachment of President Trump.
Meanwhile in Iowa, President Trump has twice as many Iowa caucus pledges despite being outspent 5-to-1 by DeSanctus.
While DeSanctus appears lifeless in the GOP primary, a new poll shows Joe Biden would trounce Ron in a hypothetical general election matchup—47% to 43%.
A separate poll from Morning Consult also shows DeSantis would get crushed by Crooked Joe in a general election—43% to 39%.
Though, President Trump beats Biden handily in the same poll, 49% to Biden's 45%.
