On August 24, 2023, Always Back Down consultant Jeff Roe gave Ron DeSantctimonious 60 days to "beat Trump."
With Kiss of Death's deadline looming large with roughly a month to go, a new Fox News poll dealt a body blow to the DeSanctimonious camp—showing President Trump continuing to extend his impressive lead while Ron continues his decline.
But the damage doesn't stop there for Ron. Among GOP voters, 65% say they would definitely vote for President Trump, up from 58% in June. While only a measly 28% say the same of Ron DeSanctimonious, down from 30% in June.
Though, perhaps worst for Ron is the revelation that the share of GOP voters who would never vote for DeSanctus has shot up to 18% since his lackluster performance in the GOP debate.
Meanwhile, as DeSantis continues to plummet in early state and national polls, the DeSanctimonians have decided it's time for yet another reboot (#7?). This time, returning to Ron's original failed messaging attempt to gaslight voters on his COVID hypocrisy.
