Donald Trump Campaigns in Iowa
In a visit to Sioux City Iowa, entrepreneur Donald Trump said his business skills will be helpful if he runs for -- and wins -- the presidency in 2016. If he pursues the presidency, Trump said it will mean he's chosen to forgo his business pursuits, and he'll "give up hundreds of millions in deals." "If I run, I'll be the best jobs president," he said to a crowd of 200 people at Morningside College.
He brought his New York-style of campaigning to Council Bluffs and Omaha, as well, striking a combative tone against all politicians, saying they're all indebted to lobbyists and they're all "talk, no action." He also made it clear he believes he's one of the few possible GOP presidential contenders who can save this country — a nation he compared to a "Third World country.
A salesman who was allegedly holding a Donald Trump domain hostage in exchange for an appearance on "The Apprentice" now has to give up the Web address for nothing, according to an arbitration ruling. An arbitrator found former New Yorker Scott Stephens was improperly trying to profit off a domain name - TrumpEstates.com - that incorporates trademarks held by the billionaire.
