Donald Trump was Testing the Presidential Waters in Iowa

Donald Trump says America is run by incompetent and crooked politicians, and the country needs a cure.

The billionaire real estate developer spoke at a republican fundraiser in Davenport, Iowa Thursday.

Trump first announced he was seriously considering a run for the White House back in December.

Thursday, he told the crowd he's the most successful man to ever potentially run for president.

Donald Trump, a businessman said, "There's nobody that ever had the track record that I've had. There's nobody that's ever done what I've done."

Trump says he expects to announce his presidential plans by June or July.
