Holed Up in His Basement Bunker, Joe Biden Hides Behind Dishonest TV Ads
Joe Biden’s handlers are keeping him hidden in his basement, as far away from reporters’ questions as possible. It’s been 77 days since he last held a press conference. Incapable of making a persuasive case for his candidacy, Biden is hiding behind dishonest TV ads and misrepresenting his real record.
"I won't traffic in fear and division. I won't fan the flames of hate,” Biden claims in one of his new ads, hoping voters forget his decades-long record of race-baiting, praise for segregationist senators, and role as the architect of mass incarceration that disproportionately hurt Black Americans. Biden is the guy who claimed that Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan wanted to put Black Americans “back in chains.”
In another TV ad, Biden says he the president’s job is to “care for all of us, not just those who’d vote for us.” But it was just recently that Biden was slandering “10 to 15 percent” of Americans as “not very good people,” attacking Trump supporters as sexist, racist bigots, and declaring that Black Americans who do not support him aren’t actually Black. Biden believes upwards of 50 million Americans are bad people and openly says he does not plan to reach out to President Trump’s base – he certainly doesn’t care about them.
All the money in the world can’t hide the damage Biden’s hateful and racist remarks have done to Black Americans and blue-collar workers. Nor can they explain away why Biden spent decades befriending segregationists, urging more incarceration for Black Americans, and supporting trade deals that exported jobs to China and screwed over America’s workers.
