Trump Campaign and RNC Bring in Over $212M in First Quarter of 2020, Boast Over $240M Cash-on-Hand

WASHINGTON – Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. and the Republican National Committee (RNC) today announced that the President’s re-election campaign, its authorized joint fundraising committees, and the RNC raised over $212 million in the first quarter of 2020, $56 million more than the final quarter of 2019, a 36 percent increase. The Trump and RNC committees raised more than $63 million in March alone, bringing the total haul cycle to date to over $677 million. This is $270 million more than the Obama re-election effort had at this point in 2012. The Trump and RNC campaign committees continue to be in a strong financial position, with over $240 million cash on hand.

"Americans can see President Trump leading this nation through a serious crisis and they are responding with their continued enthusiastic support for his re-election. Joe Biden, Democrats, and the media continue to oppose his every action, but the people know that President Trump is fighting for them so they are fighting for him as well." – Trump 2020 Campaign Manager Brad Parscale

"President Trump’s unyielding commitment to the American people has shown time and again that he is the President we need to lead our country through this crisis, and it’s clear that voters are responding to his bold leadership.  The enthusiasm for President Trump and our Party remains strong, and we continue to be all systems go toward November." – RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel

This unprecedented fundraising success is powering the largest field program and data operation in Party history, which in response to the coronavirus, transitioned to a completely virtual operation in just 24 hours. Trump Victory boasts over 880,000 volunteers trained and activated and has already made over 17 million voter contacts since March 13.
