Trump Addresses Record Crowd of 700 at NC GOP State Convention Dinner
(Raleigh, North Carolina) June 6th, 2015 -- Donald Trump addressed the record crowd of 700 attendees at the North Carolina GOP State Convention tonight where he was the featured keynote speaker of the two-day program held downtown at the Raleigh Convention Center. Mr. Trump had the crowd going wild with his truthful talk on immigration, free trade, Iranian nuclear negotiations, homeland security, economic policy and job creation.
The room was so packed with supporters the event organizers were forced to scramble at the last minute to reconfigure the tables in the room, still in place from the prior event. The capacity crowd of 700 GOP voters was excited to hear Mr. Trump’s vision to Make America Great Again and was enthusiastic about his upcoming announcement on June 16th.
Mr. Trump addressed the current administration and potential 2016 GOP candidate field saying, “Are these the people you want negotiating for you? Our country is in big trouble. We are not utilizing our best. It’s time we fix Washington with outsiders who actually know what they’re doing. It’s time we Make America Great Again!”
Mr. Trump spoke extensively about the issues we are currently facing and offered common sense solutions to the problems Washington continues to encounter. His unparalleled experience as one of the most successful businessmen in the world and a Washington outsider was clearly a popular differentiator among the crowd of North Carolina Republicans.
The crowd bid-farewell to Mr. Trump with a standing ovation after he exclaimed, “The American Dream is dead, but if I run, and if I win, we will bring it back stronger, bigger, and better than ever before!”
Mr. Trump will be announcing his decision regarding his potential Presidential candidacy on June 16th at Trump Tower in New York City.
